You don't need to think or plan ahead what you will eat during the week, just follow the instructions. Sounds amazing, right? If you are new to this way of eating, this app feature is perfect for you.
• Market List - Our mission is to make it as easy as possible for you to eat a completely plant-based diet. That's why we've created a very easy-to-use market list that allows you to add all the ingredients from each recipe, or just those you don't have in your kitchen. When you open the market list, you can immediately cross off what you have already taken from the store, as well as add your own products.

• Macros and calories - With each recipe you will find information about calories and micronutrients per serving.

• Preparation time – Each recipe has information on how long it takes to prepare it.

• Multiplication of portions - Each recipe has information on how many portions are obtained and an option to multiply by 2, by 4, etc., if you want to prepare it for more people.

• Favorites – Save your favorite recipes so you can find them easily and quickly in the "Favorites" section and prepare them again and again.

• Units of measurement – You can choose to see ingredients in cups or grams and change them at any time.
